    Dear Kathy,
Your book which has so generously & compassionately shared your experiences has been one of the most important resources in my own slow revival of my spirit and body from an outstanding hugest bottoming out I had experienced, in a lifetime of bottoming out. My gratitude and love to you.

Is there any way to find a copy of this video?

On “how to,” see Matt Schwenteck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3x_ITdzKbI Doing these exercises for three weeks, I feel fantastic. Matt says “only two kinds of mammals have forgotten how do to this life-saving tremoring: zoo animals and humans.” Haven’t we all felt we’re in a zoo at times in our traumatized society?
